Hey y’all! I’m Alyssa — Guest Experience Manager and licensed esthetician here at The Head Spa Sanctuary. Originally from Charlotte, NC, I earned my esthetician license in June 2024 and have been passionate about health, beauty, and wellness for as long as I can remember. After graduating from esthetics school, I discovered The Head Spa Sanctuary and instantly fell in love with the culture, the care, and the commitment to creating truly transformative experiences. I come from a big ol’ Southern family, and that sense of connection and hospitality is something I bring into every guest interaction. When I’m not creating relaxing, rejuvenating moments at the spa, you’ll probably find me spending time with family and loved ones, shopping, trying out new recipes, going to concerts, or exploring somewhere new—especially cozy coffee shops! Being part of a team that’s dedicated, committed, and truly passionate about what we do is something I always dreamed of — and I’m proud to say that dream is now a reality.
