We are currently hiring the following roles:
Massage Therapists
Entry-Level or Senior-Level
- Location: Pineville
- Availability: Weekends
- Hiring multiple candidates
Entry-Level Massage Therapist
- Ideal for licensed therapists with less than 2 years of experience
- Full training provided in our 4-Hands Wellness Treatments
- Includes massage paired with head spa, facials, and herbal foot soaks
- Must have (or be awaiting) NC massage therapy license
Senior-Level Massage Therapist
- 5+ years of experience in spa or clinical settings
- Confident in Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, scrubs and wraps
- Supports team training and helps refine treatment protocols
- NC massage therapy license required

Guest Experience Associate (GEA)
- Location: Pineville
- Availability:
- Part-Time and/or Full-Time available
- Weekend and/or Weekday shifts available
- Hiring multiple candidates
What You'll Do:
- Greet, check in, and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
- Answer high-volume calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendars
- Recommend services, packages, and upgrades confidently
- Prepare refreshments and assist with herbal foot soaks
- Reset treatment rooms and maintain relaxation areas
- Support laundry, cleanliness, and overall spa presentation
- Assist with retail sales, gift cards, and upselling
You're a great fit if you:
- Have 1-2 years of hospitality or front desk experience
- Communicate clearly with a polished, guest-focused demeanor
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
- Are organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
