Hi ya’ll! I’m Caitlyn, a born and raised Charlotte girl with a big love for all things beauty, wellness, and making people feel genuinely cared for. I’m all about creating those little moments that make someone’s day. Whether it’s a warm welcome, a great conversation, or just making things feel smooth and stress free.

I pride myself on being the person clients can count on: positive, detail oriented, and always ready to go the extra mile to make their experience feel special. Whether I’m jumping in to support my team or connecting one on one with guests, I bring heart, humor, and a whole lot of Southern hospitality.

And when I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my dog, Pasta, who fully believes he’s the star of the show and honestly, he might be.
