Hi I’m Kirstyn! I’m a mom to one beautiful daughter and one silly dog.I’ve been vegan for almost 12 years now and my favorite restaurant in Charlotte is Mama Wok. I nerd out on skincare, mental health, music, gymnastics, interior design and plants. I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist for 11 years now, but my love for all things health and wellness started long before then!
